A payment toward any of Troy Tours, Inc. services constitutes full knowledge and acceptance of all Terms & Conditions

Cost of This Tour Does Not Include: airport departure taxes; port taxes; passport expenses; visas; laundry, wines, liquor, mineral water, items of a personal nature; items not on regular menus; sightseeing or services not included in the itinerary; excessive baggage charges; health, accident, baggage and trip cancellation insurance; tipping for personal service; gratuities to guide and driver.

Insurance: Troy Tours, Inc. is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of personal luggage and other belongings, nor for personal injury, accident or illness. We strongly recommend you obtain cancellation insurance.

Important Notice: We reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a passenger should such person’s health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of passengers. A refund of unused land tour services is the limit of our liability. Responsibility: Troy Tours, Inc. reserves the right without notice to withdraw any parts of the tour and make necessary changes including departure dates. The additional cost, if any, shall be paid by tour members. Troy Tours, Inc. acts only as an agent in securing hotel, transportation and other travel services and shall not be liable for any failure by any person or company to render transportation, lodging, or other specified tour services. All hotel, transportation, or specified services are subject to all terms and conditions under which they are offered to the public generally. Neither Troy Tours, Inc. nor its agents shall be liable for any personal injury, property loss or other damage sustained by a tour member on the trip.

Airline Clause: The IATA Carriers and other transportation companies featured here are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event while passengers are not on board their respective conveyance. The passenger contract in use by these companies when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the carrier and the tour member.

Entrance Requirements: A valid US passport required for entry into Israel, Turkey, France, Greece, Nicaragua

Payment Policy: Deposit is 15% per person of the tour price.
If booked 90 days of less the full payment is due at the time of the purchase

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing.
Deposit: 50% of the deposit is nonrefundable after booking. (The initial Deposit is 15% per person of the total cost of the tour)

If canceled
90 Days or more before the departure date. Penalty: 50% of the deposit
89-to-61 days before the departure date. Penalty:  25% of the total cost of the tour
60-to-31 days before the departure date. Penalty:  50% of the total cost of the tour
30 days before the departure date or less. Penalty: 100% of the total cost of the tour

We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance Name changes are not permitted. It is not transferable. No Seat assignments included
